Hugues is Chief Technology & Transformation at Cisco Belux. He is the driving force behind Cisco's innovation strategy for the sub, with the annual Cisco Belux Innovation Challenge as a real catalyst for design-thinking and collective intelligence. In this perspective he's also responsible for emerging markets like smart buildings, IT/OT convergence, 5G & wireless technologies. As one of the first Green Ambassadors at Cisco BeLux, he is dedicated to areas such as innovation, sustainability, and skills development too. Before his role as CTTO, Hugues was Architecture, Data Centre and Virtualization Lead. Hugues started his career at Cisco in 1999 in pre-sales. Hugues holds a Master in Civil Engineering, and an Executive MBA from Solvay Business School.
