I've been in the recruitment industry for over 9 years. But before that, I worked in a variety of settings, including an IT specialist, a tourist guide, and the Wawel Royal Castle in Krakow. I enjoy challenges and despise boredom. During my career in recruitment, I was responsible for arranging interviews, sourcing and screening applications and finally conducting end-to-end recruitment all over the world for positions ranging from Finance, IT, and Sales to HR. What drives me is the challenge to find the right roles for candidates. The way I see recruitment is "anything can happen, but everything is possible". It is just a matter of attitude and staying positive. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and anything related to art. I experimented with painting, photography, jewellery making, pottery classes, and a variety of other activities. I don't think I've ever tried my hand at sculpting.
