Jose Alfredo Souza (JA) is the leader of Collaboration architecture in Cisco Brazil Partner Organization. He has 20+ years of experience in IT and Telecommunications market and 14 years in Cisco as a Consulting Systems Engineer for Video and TelePresence Solutions and Business Development Manager positions.
Since 2011, he introduced and expanded the "Telepresence-as-a-Service" and "UC-as-a-Service" selling motion practices, partnering with several service providers and channel partners in Brazil.
