Automatic Customer Satisfaction Survey on Touch10 after a Video Call

1 min read

We do have amazing video systems, but there is always room for improvement! What about:

  • Call quality
  • Ease of use
  • Missing features

In order to drive adoption, learn from user feedback and make sure the users are as happy as possible, a simple script allows to collect user feedback at the end of each call. Please check out the video below for a short demo:

After each call, a short questionnaire is popping up on the Touch10 display of the video endpoint to ask the user for their opinion.

The script to enable your video endpoint with this functionality can be found on GitHub (see references below). You simply upload the script to your endpoint via the web-interface: Integration > Macro Editor > Import from file… safe- and enable it and off you go. This is the basis for what you display to your users, in order to integrate it into an analysis tool, you have to add a few lines of code which fit to tool you are using.

To learn about our solutions, there is no better way than experiencing it first hand. As this is not always easy, we would like to offer a first impression in a series of short videos. Please let us know if there a topic you are interested in and would like to learn more about.
