Mihailo studied electrical engineering at the University of Belgrade School of Electrical Engineering (ETF).

Around 10 years ago, Mihailo was working for SBB, a cable TV and broadband internet service provider in Belgrade -- which just happened to be a large Cisco customer. Today, Mihailo works at Cisco Diegem where he started in the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) organization.

Mihailo is a customer success specialist in the CX organization.
