1 min read

Digital technology, data, wifi, the internet and social networks have created the potential to transform the communities we live in. In cities and rural locations alike all across the world, innovation, connectivity and access to high speed data is bringing an improved quality of life and new levels of prosperity.

There has never been a greater opportunity to transform Kent. “We want to see Kent embrace digital technology in a way that makes the county more effective, efficient and successful” say’s Rohan Abey of Cisco.   All it needs is the right people to come together and combine their knowledge and passion.

Kent County Council’s digital.together is driving a pioneering year of awareness and inspiration, focusing on the huge opportunity that digital creates for all communities and sectors in Kent. Rohan who lives in Headcorn and is one of the Kent Digital Envoys is championing projects to help people ‘work’ better.   At the Maidstone Business Terrace Rohan is helping to bring the best Collaboration technology together with an innovative new work space which supports new businesses and remote workers.

Join us at Kent Vision Live, on 11th May.
