More than 850 competitors. 30 CEOs. And more than £250,000 raised for Sport Relief…it’s fair to say Leaderboard, Cisco’s ultimate team triathlon, was massive this year!
And what a competition it was. People of all abilities – from triathlon-first-timers, right up to sporting legends (such as Roger Black!), descended on the iconic venue of Eton Dorney Lake on 3rd July.
This was the third time we’ve done Leaderboard, and this year it was little bit different. Teams of up to six people had to complete six laps of the course – a 200m swim, a 5.3km bike ride, and a 1.5km run. Each team member could do as much or as little as they wanted in this unique relay event.
Want to get a sense of the epic-ness? Well we filmed and live streamed the whole thing through our very own Tim the Drone.
Take a look below!
After catching our breath, we also caught up with some of the celebrities and CEOs who took part…
Congratulations to Dentsu Aegis who were the fastest round in an impressive time of 1 hour, 54 minutes and 35 seconds!
