Integrate, communicate and collaborate with the Cisco public sector team

June 8, 2018

We’re off to ExCel London twice this month, so come along and meet the Cisco public sector team at Health Plus Care and the Public Sector Show!

Collaborate and communicate at the Public Sector Show

First up, our public sector experts will be at the aptly named Public Sector Show on 26th June, alongside our colleagues from Verizon.

We’ll be focusing on the ever-increasing role of collaboration technology in the workplace, which as we all know, is fast becoming a vital component of any organisation’s digital transformation strategy. Across public sector in particular, it’s changing everything; from how people interact with government services to how patients are cared for and how students learn.

Remote GP and specialist consultations for example, make more appointments more readily available to patients, while virtual teaching and learning allows students to study regardless of their location, freeing up campus space and cutting costs. More generally, virtual meetings can cut travel time, reduce expenditure and support flexible working.

We’ll be on stand G36, where our experts will be ready and waiting to discuss how our solutions and services are being adopted across public sector – and how you can make them work for you.

Integration is key to communication at Health Plus Care

Before we have time to draw breath, our health and care team will be taking the helm as we return for Health Plus Care on 27th-28th June; find us on stand M44.

Once again, our theme will be communication, this time with an emphasis on integration between health and care organisations – something that is becoming increasingly important with the move toward regional models of connected health and care.

And in a speaker session on 27th June, Mike Badham, our Solutions Architect – UK Healthcare & Local Government, will provide an overview of our recommended approach to digitisation from both organisational and regional level perspectives.

Mike will also discuss our ‘Whole System Approach’ for regional communities of health and care and the opportunities presented through the Health and Social Care Network (HSCN).

The capabilities offered by technology and its ability to bridge the gap between health and care are more important and more relevant now than ever, so whatever your role in health or care, come along and talk to the team.

And whether you’re starting your HSCN journey or just want to know more about our products and solutions, visit our stand and learn how our best of breed technology, industry experience and partner networks can support your day to day operations and future planning.

As always, we look forward to meeting you!
