Education is continually evolving, with students and educators no longer confined to traditional learning environments. From collaboration to security to enterprise networking, exciting technology developments are making it possible to learn or teach from anywhere, on any device, in completely new ways.
On the subject of networking, it will soon be time for the annual Jisc network event, Networkshop46 (NWS46), which takes place this year at the Liverpool Guild of Students from 27th-28th March.
You’ll probably already know that Jisc is a member organisation, providing shared digital infrastructure and services to its FE and HE membership. And as you may have guessed from the name, NWS46 covers all things network-based.
Aimed at network managers, technical staff, IT team members and senior network engineers working in academic environments, it’s a great opportunity for sharing ideas and learning more about the latest technology developments, both within the education sector and beyond.
Meet the team on stand 20
Our education team will be there too, on stand 20.
We always enjoy meeting colleagues from across the education and technology sectors, so look out for us on stand 20. As always, we’ll be ready and waiting to discuss your networking requirements, technology plans and answer any questions.
With teaching and research environments changing and innovating faster than ever, you’ll need a trusted partner with the experience and expertise to help bring your organisation’s vision to life, so don’t forget to stop by and say hello.
We look forward to meeting as many old friends and colleagues and new faces as possible, but if you can’t get to Liverpool, no worries; you can find out more about our education portfolio and our networking capabilities by visiting our website. And feel free to contact us at any time.
