How many years have you been working in the industry?

12 years (All of which have been involved with Cisco in some form or other)

What’s the first thing you do each morning?

Check that my family are all present and correct, and then (sadly) look at my phone for any urgent notifications or messages

Tell us five things you do every day in your role

Check on the wellbeing and focus of my team, organise my diary and prioritise tasks , remain alert, and approachable, and maintain contact with my team and peers throughout the day

What’s your number one tip when it comes to dealing with customers?

Listen to what they are actually saying, understand and surpass expectations and deliver an experience that leaves them wanting more

Name one thing businesses tend to forget when implementing or upgrading their technology

How to undertake risk assessment to reduce potential impact on process and people, and taking out adequate Services cover

What’s the number one pain point or concern your customers have?

How to do more with less

What’s your favourite thing about your job?

The people I work with and the positive impact that Kelway has had in my life

The loyalty shown to their partners, and the excitement of being part of the future of IT

You get more from tickling than you do from scratching

Hanging out with my daughter and a cold glass of prosecco, both have bubbly personalities
