Miguel Cervantes is a Customer Success Specialist in the CX organization. He's currently part of the Data Center Team.

With a current professional experience of 5 years, Miguel Joined Cisco via the CX Academy Incubator program back in Mexico and he's now developing his career in Lisbon, Portugal.

When Miguel is not helping our Customers, he loves playing football, lunches at the park, playing guitar, watching series and spending time with his friends and family.
