I majored in Telecommunications and Electronic Systems Engineering and started my career in Cisco as a Technical Consulting Engineer for the Wireless team in Mexico City via the CX Academy.

I recently decided to flip things around and took on the adventure of moving to Lisbon and starting out in a new role as a Customer Success Specialist for the Enterprise team.

Professionally, I want to make the most out of this new role by developing my soft skills further and finding ways to have more impact on customers and my team.

As a leader of Women in Science and Engineering, I intend to continue to support others to reach their potential and to open discussions on equality.

I really enjoy going out for a walk, reading, traveling and listening to music.
