Rosangela Rabachute Crepaldi

Rosangela Rabachute Crepaldi is the Business Development Manager for Cisco Contact Center Solution driving the portfolio for LATAM. She is focused in the Sales strategy, including the Cisco Partners planning, Sales Enablement, Demand Generation and Sales acceleration programs.

Rosangela has over 20 years’ experience in the Contact Center industry and has held positions at CPM Brazil, Avaya, IBM and Microsoft in a variety of functions including pre-sales, sales and business development.

Rosangela holds a Master Degree in Computer Sciences from Universidade Federal de São Carlos, São Paulo, Brazil and a Pos Graduation in Marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda Marketing, São Paulo, Brazil.
