Diego Barrozo



With more than 25 years of experience in the technology world, Diego Barrozo is the IT Manager for the Latin American Regional IT team at Cisco.

His main goal is to deliver IT services to the different business units in the region, with a focus on infrastructure and end user services.

In addition, he is a direct consultant for the Customer Technical Assistance Center (TAC) in Latin America, providing support and specific solutions in day-to-day operations.

He is part of the Cisco on Cisco program, where he exposes the Cisco IT experience in different technologies, through talks, seminars and events.

He is known for his passion and focus to solve problems and adapt solutions / services to the social-economic and cultural reality of the countries in the region.
