Anupam Trehan

Anupam heads the Human Resources organisation for Cisco India and SAARC.

In her current role, she is responsible for developing the talent and people’s strategy with specific focus on strategic workforce planning, leadership development and coaching, and talent management. Additionally she provides expertise in leading and managing employee relations, coaching and development, conflict management, and organisation development.

Anupam has been a strategic part of Cisco’s operations for almost a decade, having worked across different roles – including Human Resource Leader for the Engineering (India) Organization, and Customer Experience (Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China) Organization.
