Cisco Smart Business Architecture (SBA) consiste en la mise à disposition de documents de références pour des entreprises de 100 à 10000 utilisateurs facilitant le design ainsi que la configuration des équipements CISCO pour délivrer plus simplement et rapidement les services réseaux, Data Cetner et Collaboration.
Les SBA orientées collaboration et vidéo incluent des informations sur le design et la configuration de l’infrastructure réseau, des produits voix, vidéo et de collaboration, mais aussi de la mobilité, de la sécurité ainsi que des outils d’administration.

- Room System Video Deployment Guide – This is the foundation guide which introduces video collaboration into a customer’s network. It covers the steps for deploying a standalone VCS Control, a 4500 MCU and EX/C endpoints with SIP configurations onto the SBA reference design.
- H.323 Video Integration Deployment Guide – This guide builds on the video foundation by integrating H.323 video endpoints with the existing SIP endpoints configured on a VCS control.
- VCS and UCM Video Integration Guide – This guide adds support for integrating H.323 and SIP endpoints on VCS with Unified CM CTS and video telephony endpoints over a SIP trunk. The steps for adding Unified CM video endpoints are covered in the beginning of the guide for customers who are not familiar with the process.
- Video Quality Monitoring Using Medianet – This guide builds on the previous three with the processes to enable Medianet media monitoring using the Performance Monitor and Mediatrace features on the routing and switching infrastructure of the SBA reference design. It also describes how to configure centralized monitoring and reporting using Cisco Prime Collaboration Manager and third party products such as Plixer Scrutinizer.
