With more than 15 years of experience in Business Consulting for Financial Institutions in the field of Technology, she has been COO at the Institut Català de Finanzas (Public Bank for the Catalonia Region) and General Manager at the Instituto de Credito Oficial (ICO) that is the Public Spanish Bank. She is a specialist in managing highly complex technological projects and she has been responsible for carrying out both organizational and technological rationalization and transformation processes, regulatory adaptations and definition of strategic plans, for all types of Financial Institutions. She has assumed the Commercial leadership in the business development of various consulting areas. She has led different Technology Business, mainly in SW, very focused on increasing number of Customers, growing Revenue, otimizing Margins and delivering a Healthy EBITA, with responsibility over customers, mainly in the Banking and Retail segments.
