Juan is currently the Cisco CTO for Customer Experience in South of Europe, Principal Architect, part of the Senior Technical Talent and member of the Architects Board.Juan has worked for more than 25 years in data communications, multiprotocol networks and software development. He is an active member of the IEEE. Juan has a master in Artificial Intelligence, and postgraduates in ITC and Innovation in different universities. Being a trusted advisor for Cisco customers is his obsession. Today, he led the Key markets drivers in ITC, like Hybrid Work, Observability, Hyper-Automation, Hybrid Cloud, Sustainability and Cloud Security, he is one of the global reference resources for the new trend of Cisco Digital Transformation solutions.
