Four years ago I decided to jump into a new challenge… What I was doing “manually” to improve my customer experience with our solutions, Cisco was putting in place a full Customer Experience organization in place, so I decided to take the challenge. Now I lead a team of Specialists on our four main architectures at South Level.

I always seek to achieve a high standard in whatever work I undertake. I am an enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable, responsible and hard working person. I am a mature team worker and adaptable to all challenging situations. I am able to work well both in a team environment as well as using own initiative. I am able to work well under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines. I am a good listener and learner. I am keen to obtain new skills and training and have a flexible approach to all work situations, and find it easy to adapt.
