Coming together to co-create an incredible future
Thank you to those who attended last week’s London Partner Forum.
I do hope that you found the day informative and enjoyable, and that you share our excitement at the opportunity that lies ahead. It was a great pleasure for me to introduce my new leadership team and to share how we have re-structured to better address the needs of our Partner community and the demanding market that we serve together. I hope you agree that our new approach will better support your ambitions, and allow us to capture the opportunities created by the move to digitisation. There has never been a better time for us to come together, to leverage our strengths and to lead the market together.
It was great to have our UK&I CTO, Dr Alison Vincent, inspire us with the opportunity for digitisation. The memory of that virtual concert will probably stick in our minds for some time as a perfect example of the new business opportunities that only technology can bring to life. Terry Greer-King then took us on what I hope you agree was a compelling journey through the opportunity within the Security market right now, and offered some practical steps on how best to profit from it.
What a perfect time to have Will Greenwood on stage, and what an inspirational perspective of the lessons learned from an exceptional team and how to relate them to the business challenges we are all facing today. I certainly remember the potency of his message when he emphasised that it’s not just about the will to win, but the will to prepare to win! I am sure that his messages on partnership, team work and accountability resonated with many.
For those of you able to stay for the evening event, I would like to thank you for being with us to recognise our award winners, and I hope that you enjoyed the evening even if the glassware went elsewhere this time around.
