Stephan has worked for Cisco in various roles: Partner support/VPAM, customer support (one of the first VSAMs in EMEA), as a TL leading the Expired Team, CXIM EMEA Enterprise CX Cloud adoption and last not least as a Growth Digital Journey Manager (Attach, AlC-EA, NSI, Services). Stephan is a GenAI Green Belt holder and a NetAcad Ambassador. He is also a member/founder of Cisconian Cyclists.
