With over 25 years in IT Service Delivery, Eigen Halpin is as a seasoned and industry-accredited Customer Program Director and PMO Leader, specialising in transformational customer program delivery across global service providers, enterprises, and public sectors.
Eigen's leadership extends to co-leading the Women of Cisco UKI Chapter, achieving Chapter of the Year, for 3 years consecutively during her tenure and recently stepping up as the FY25 Chief of Staff for the Women of Cisco EMEA board. Eigen is passionate about encouraging the next generation of diverse talent to consider STEM careers and volunteers as a CyberFirst STEM ambassador and LEA governor.
Eigen was recently shortlisted as Advocate of the Year and Woman of the Year in the Women in IT awards.
