Marcio Costa is a Collaboration Applications Architect focusing on enabling state of the art Customer and Employee Experiences, connecting Business Applications to build outstanding outcomes. With 16+ years of experience in Telecom and IT industries, Marcio has worked in several leading roles: Senior Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Consultant, etc. Although Marcio is originally Portuguese, he lived in Canada for many years and worked in multiple international projects, which allowed him to develop strong interpersonal, business, and technology skills. He applies these skills to transform companies to communication enable their business applications with leading innovative technologies, based on AI/ML and low-code API orchestration platforms and intelligent collaboration solutions. Marcio loves outdoor sports like Mountain Biking, Hiking, XC Ski as well as spending time with family and friends around a good BBQ :)
