Inês Mateus is a Program Marketing Intern at Cisco CX Centers in Lisbon where she supports internal and external activities, initiatives, and programs.

With a lifelong passion for words and storytelling, Inês holds a degree in Languages, Literature, and Cultures and – fingers crossed – will soon earn a Master’s in Strategic Communication.

Her hobbies consist of traveling by RV while exploring small European villages, binge-watching the latest true-crime doc series, and rummage through family attics looking for antiques.
