I’m a Telecommunications Engineer proficient in Cisco Software Defined Enterprise networking, Wireless networking, Project management with CCIE Wireless, CCNP R&S and Devnet Associate certifications.

Besides being a passionate-for-technology geek, I try to write useful tech and non-tech articles and enjoy simple things in life like sharing meaningful moments with friends and family, a cup of coffee/beer/wine, playing guitar, exercise.

I used to be in Cisco TAC Mexico and now I'm a Network Consultant Engineer in the Professional Services in Cisco Portugal. This two different roles and technologies have strengthen my team management and negotiation capacity and by working on world-wide great complexity network problems, I have sharpened my technical problem-solving skills along with customer service soft skills.
