Unveiling Customer Insights: Cisco Portugal’s Roundtable

Cisco Portugal recently hosted an exceptional event that brought together the CX Regions, CX Centers, CS, and Sales teams for an insightful customer roundtable. Held at the Lisbon office, this event marked the kickoff of the fiscal year, showcasing the collaborative efforts of Cisco in fostering strong relationships with its customers.

Representatives from esteemed organizations such as Milenium BCP, NOS, SIBS, Renova, and Cascais Municipality graced the occasion. The highlight of the event was the candid sharing of feedback by these valued customers about Cisco’s CX Teams, including TAC, PS, and CSS. The open dialogue allowed our employees to gain firsthand insights into areas of excellence and pinpointed opportunities for improvement.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The session was more than just a discussion; it was a dynamic and interactive experience. Customers shared unfiltered opinions, providing a valuable perspective on where Cisco excels and where there’s room for enhancement. This transparent exchange of ideas created a collaborative atmosphere that will undoubtedly shape the future of Cisco’s customer experience strategy.

As a proactive step following the roundtable, Cisco’s CX and Sales teams took the initiative to visit customer Renova. This on-site visit allowed them to witness firsthand some of the challenges faced by Renova with the Catalyst Center. Armed with this firsthand knowledge, a comprehensive action plan is now in the works to address Renova’s specific needs and concerns.

This event was not just about discussions; it was about building connections, understanding customer needs, and taking tangible steps towards improvement. The synergy between Cisco and its customers at the Lisbon office set the stage for a year of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centric solutions.
