25+ Years of IT Industry experience. Working in Cisco Systems for last 18 years and currently working as Director, Technical Support managing a team of 170 Engineers who support customers on Collaboration products. Worked as Director Engineering managing product development of Networking and Collaboration products managing both Development and Test teams with experience in building teams, working with US extended teams and developing new products. Pallavi started and lead the Cisco Connected Women - diversity initiative at Cisco India. She has lead many career development, Managers development and students focused initiatives. She has represented Cisco in various diversity and industry forums as speaker and helped start diversity ERGs in other IT companies in Bangalore.
