Biljana Pavlovic

Biljana is EMEAR regional IT leader for Security and Data protection and Privacy, responsible for increasing adoption and driving successful deployment, while ensuring local compliance, of the IT services related to security and data protection, in partnership with Security and Trust organization. Prior to her current role, she was EMEAR IT leader for North accountable for driving regional IT strategy, enabling Business & IT alignment to increase growth opportunities, productivity and user experience. Previously she was responsible for developing EMEAR IT workforce strategy. From 2001 through 2009 she was working in the Cisco TAC as a customer support engineer and team lead in Unified Collaboration team.

Before joining Cisco, Biljana worked in the research and development of telecommunication systems.

She holds a BSc degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Master degree in Telecommunication, CCIE in R&S and Collaboration in emeritus.
